Well if that turns out that way that would be good thing for Nokia.. but I suspect having MS guy running the US market and major shareholder (Elop) holding the worldwide Nokia.. I have a feeling Microsoft will merge Nokia long before they pay any billions to them.
and formed.. Microsoft doesn't have the vision, leadership or expertise to make this happen.. it's more likely going to be that they will destroy Nokia in the process and still fail, then anything else.
They adopt too slow to the market and as always they try to buy off market share instead of deserving it and in that process they destroy other companies they try to gain marketshare through.
