  I knew a smart UA once, she said her main job was to make visual that which people couldn't really understand unless they saw visual stuff... and mostly to get people to see through the random crap that gets put out there all the time in meetings and actually focus, think and be ready to make real decisions, based on real users rather than random ideas and ego-protecting hype that usually happens when there are too many meetings and not enough actual decisions....
