I'm on Mac but when I was on PC I used Adshareit's SWF to Video convertor to create all the clips in my 2006 reel. It doesn't get any better than this software. It'll spit out a 2GB uncompressed AVI with sound at any frame rate and record every interaction (without the mouse cursor though. And, it's cheap.

(Their website looks like shit but their product is awesome)Camtasia and Snapz is okay but don't bet on it capturing a higher frame rate SWF or anything complex.
