Got a NESCO dehydrator, holds about 3lbs and yields 1lb.
1) 1/4" thick slices of steak.
2) Marinade 4+ hrs in:
- Soy Sauce
- Worchester Sauce
- liquid smoke
- seasoned salt
- cayanne pepper
3) Stick in Dehydrator for 8-10hrs, occasionally blot
4) let sit for a little bit
5) EAT.- 4) let sit for a bit? WTF does that mean, how about specific timetable?********
- my brother even used mince meat (marinated) and it was just as good as the steakscruffics
