so.. the interview went really well.. took about 2 hours. met the president, and vp of the brand and vp of sales. they have positions open now for jr designers and 1 senior. they feel i have more to bring to the table and more experience then their current senior designer and we spoke towards a creative or design director position, but do not have that position at the moment. i advised that since the position is not available at the moment that we should start on a freelance basis where i can show what i can bring to the table and they accepted as they want to create a position for me. also they accepted my rate for freelance and fulltime work, both of which is higher than i ever asked for. w00t!!
