    so then once i can supoena the cttel.com site they will have to give me that information?

    they are the isp being used here?

    i just got this directly from the cttel tech guy:

    I have investigated the link you supplied. It is not being
    hosted on our Connecticut Telephone servers or within our facilities. I
    am unable to supply any additional information about our network and its
    related customers without a subpoena. If you choose to pursue this
    matter further please have a subpoena sent to:
