Red = Gulf Cartel Territory (eradic, unpredictable newer younger members) very little American presence. You will stand out like a sore thumb and these areas are not as beautiful.

Purple = Sinaloa cartel (where our boy Moldero lives) this is a more established old school cartel. A lot of American ex-pats who are smart enough to keep to themselves at all times.

Yellow = Territory in dispute, don't even think about moving here!! It's where all the scary stories that you have read about are happening. If you look closely, you will see they are the main sections where drugs come in to the country and then are distributed to the good old U.S. of A.

(except Mexico City is safe in that aspect, but you have other shit to worry about, like lots of petty crime and 10 million people in one city)

    • What about that tiny white spot between PV and Zihuatanejo?

    • I had no idea that the Yucatan is rated so badly for cartel!CuriousGeorge
    • It's not really, this map doesn't really mean its all violent. You have to remember a lot of the areas are almost inhabitable. As in no Amenities.

    • White spot? Good question I think that might just be a treacherous tropical mountain range.HijoDMaite
