    Cintiq is not necessarily a better choice, totally depends on what you are using it for.

    Cintiq is better for illustration / visualising techniques for sure, but just for using it with Adobe programs for everyday use I'd prefer an Intuos over a Cintiq any day.

    Therefore I use a Intuos4 tablet. Can't use a mouse anymore, too slow and not accurate enough.
