    Funny thread all.

I have never been represented but no several people that have. The thing to understand is to get real representation that works, you have to already have people reaching out to you. Basically an artist more than a good designer. I have never heard of a good rep doing it for less than 25% but again, I just run a small company and am not repped. Several artists I know hate the idea of representation..others I know love it because it is free work that is marked up for the ad world.

In general, I would wait to be asked more than selling your self in the situation. You need to be wanted to be valuable for them. Once signed, the agency should handle all contracts and negotiations for you so that you are just left to do what you do.

    Just my thoughts...

and QBN..can everybody just try to be nicer next year...geez.
