    I can't shut my brain off when I try to sleep. Sometimes I'll lie there for 2 hours with my brain racing. It sucks. I wake up the next day with MAYBE 4 quality hours of sleep. People tell me I look tired at work, and I'm like - YEAH YOU THINK?
    Beer rarely helps, exercise helps sometimes, but overall I lose a nightly battle to my stupid brain.

    • should try meditation, get some of the shit out of your headHench
    • or take a swig or two of Nyquil first, then try to sleep. It's the best sleep aid out there.dopepope
    • Yeh hench, meditation, deep breathing. Count seconds for breaths in and out and try to increase them (v basic meditation)Hombre_Lobo_2
