Of course the swf files get cached! They get cached just like jpgs, gifs, html, everything.
Also, because they're cached you go to your temp internet files and copy from there, surely everyone knows this???
All that 'protect from import ' does is stop people open the swfs in flash.
If you want to decompile an swf and get at the code etc, get Actionscript Viewer.
