I wonder why there is no public reaction to the soldiers killing civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan. One of the videos that was released shows 12 Iraqi civilians and children and a few Reuters reporters being killed by american soldiers. The same video was being sought through the Freedom of Information Act for charges but they weren't releasing it. When people saw the film/photos from Vietnam War they freaked out, thats when soldiers started getting spit on in public etc. People seem to be desensitized to war violence these days.
I also heard on the news some soldier admitted he was shooting at Afghans "for fun", not sure if it was related to wikileaks but still, no one is pissed about it, barely anyone mentions it. Everyone just says the wikileaks documents are the same old thing when there's real heinous crimes being exposed as well.
