fireworks can open an animated gif, so it's got that going for it.

- import video frames to layers
type *.* in file name field
press "load"
select gifhonestly - ah yes, I read this somewhere. confusing since there is no filename field when i select that?acescence
- according to the interwebs this only works on windows, import dialog is different on macacescence
