Selling on ebay is total shit. Since they removed the ability for buyers to leave negative feedback to sellers, I've gotten fucked twice - one time a buyer had buyer's remorse, and when I told him he was obligated to pay, he paid for the item, made sure he received it from me, then left negative feedback.
Second time buyer had buyer's remorse, tried to make me retract auction (and thereby eat the listing costs myself). I used conflict resolution and managed to get out of it, thankfully. But, his ebay record is 100% still because I can't leave neg. feedback as a seller.
Oh, and good luck trying to get buyers to leave you positive feedback. The only time I've gotten feedback as a seller is when they leave negative or neutral. The half a dozen things that I sold smoothly? No record of it on my feedback page because the buyers didn't want to leave any.
Monopolies are a bitch.
