    I call paypal and sit on hold for 20 minutes. They tell me someone in Cali unsuccessfully tried to login to my account, and therefore they restricted it. That's what passwords are for (!!!!). Anyway, I go through the security probing and demand they fix it. They do.

    The seller ships the items. I'm relieved. Stupid me.
