    YES! It sucks if you are a seller. Nobody controls it and their 'laws' are retarded. I posted a phone for sale and didn’t want to sell it for more than they were being sold, I actually listed lower. Within minutes of my post, some retard that created his username that same day at the same time bought it. A few days after, he sent me an email saying, "sorry. First time using ebay and this was a mistake. Please cancel order." Now, in order to cancel it, I have to notify ebay, show proof this idiot made a “mistake” and let them contact him to see if it is ok to reimburse me my listing fees, etc and to see if I could re-post my item. (if he said no, I would’ve had to pay those fees) By the time this issue was sorted out, the guy made sure my phone was off the market and he sold his (I had an idea of who this was).... 2 days later I sold the phone for $50 more on Craigslist.
