  If you have a darker room with controlled light, a (Panasonic) plasma will give you a great picture at a cheap price.

  The only issue with plasma is the reflective screens (which they have improved). Don't buy into the hype about the burn issues. I've had a plasma for almost 7 years, and it has endured 1000s of hours of PS2 then Xbox 360 with zero burn-in issues. Its still my fav Tv in the house.

  • Get one before they're gone. Virtually zero latency and amazing blacks.ETM
  • But if you go LCD, I agree with all those saying Samsung LED... amazing stuff. But avoid the 5 series stuff.ETM
