you guys are mixing up the current human rights problems vs. the implications of corporate/state controlled weed if it were legalized.
Its simply put that it is a human rights fallacy to criminalize and incarcerate ordinary citizens for harmless personal activity - its against our constitutional rights
however, if it were legal nobody is saying that allowing corporate/state control to snatch it from the free market is a desired or even good thing
this is perhaps the most logical direct rationality for FREEDOM and laissez-faire FREE MARKETS - a prime example of Economics 101 and how black markets are formed and thrive.. vs. big time state-sponsored capitalist monopolies.
What is everyone so scared of? Freedom? or Fascism?
