  I'm actually car shopping and test drove a pre-owned Audi A3 this weekend, but it's just too small for me. So I drove a new Subaru Legacy and have to say I really liked it.
  

  

  That being said, I think most cars in the "reasonably affordable" price range are totally ugly, boring, commuter cars. The toyota looks like the honda looks like the volkswagen looks like the nissan.
  Why can't they get it?
