The only thing where that laptop could have been improved is dedicated GPU (though Intel HD does the job just fine for what you use these small ultraportables/netbooks) and Acer installs a bunch of software crap you want to wipe it clean. But even with those 2 minor things it blows Mac Book Air out of the water like nobody's business.

    From SlashGear:
"till, a little work in the Uninstall Programs menu and much of the bloatware is gone, and you’re left with one of the best value, most appealing ultraportables around today. Priced at $899.99 it’s hard to argue with the Acer Aspire TimelineX AS1830T-68U118′s specifications, nor its battery life or build quality."

    Btw..

    Mac Book Air doesn't have:
    - expandable memory
    - expandable hard drive
    - 1 usb, no ethernet, no HDMI, no card reader
    - only outputs to one screen (Acer one outputs to dual monitors)
    - From SlashGear: "We ran Geekbench on our test unit, an entry-level 11.6-inch Air with the 1.4GHz processor and 2GB of memory, and it scored 2261" .. That's ridiculously slow.
    - Pathetic hard drive space where you have to buy a new laptop to get more storage

Ah.. with Apple.. Always a few catches. Nice try kpl.
