Since it's a white logo on black, you shouldn't animate it at all, just fade it up. The animation has no meaning or drama.
If you do want to animate it, figure out something funny or relevant to the logo. This logo is hilariously complicated, and features a fellow whose middle fingers appear to be fused together (an unfortunate birth defect?). Maybe have him do something with his reptilian hands. Throw them up in some sort of victorious gesture.
Or finger a large butt or something.
