How about reading the fucking thread? Unless I missed something, Boz never said, "Your kids are a burden on me."
My personal feeling is Boz should be bitching at his project manager, and worrying less about what other designers are doing in their off-time.
Sounds like mismanagement if you're working late every day of the week.
