  I honestly don't mind working extra so that my coworkers can spend more time with their children. It makes me happy to make their lives better. It also helps the team morale knowing that we're there for each other when it matters. My complaint--and this just MIGHT be where Boz is coming from too--is that I'm not recognized for it. An email with "Thanks!" is not quite enough sometimes, especially when it goes on for months.
