totally . We really have no reference to anything like those times . These were kids, in the truest sense. Im 28, and can't imagine going to live through the madness that was the war . I have a hard time imagining now, even more so 10 years ago When I was 18. B of B gives such an accurate record of these battles, and allows us ( with the help of some low camera angles and sounds I wish never to hear in person ) the reality and horror that comes with war . These days, it;s hard to even think abck to those days, to a war that HAD TO BE FOUGHT - one of the few wars in which our participation as anation was totally needed. It;s not like the wars of the last 20 years, in which the US "gets involved for the fuck of it"

WW2 - seems to me one of the very few justifiable acts of participation in a war. We had to fight, for a matter of global security, freedom and the pure destruction of nazi germany.

I have no idea how I got to this point, but I am starting to rant on war, so I better stop before I go and get myslef in trouble.
