Here's the hidden stuff.....
"a landing page" .... could mean alot or a little, and the unspoken assumptions can kill you!
Well, does it require an identity for the client too? Do they have a pre-existing color scheme/style guide/logo/photo library? Or do you have to develop a logo,color scheme, font style guide,etc....
newbie clients assume everything is all in one.... they may have no idea about what they're asking for....
