One of the best war movies/epics I've seen. My dad sent me the boxed version after he was done watching it.
Unfortunatly I've not gotten past part 6 because our DVD player went on the fritz.
But I have a DVD on my new comp so I'm about to get back into it.
It's filmed so well, seems so accurate and the fact that it's over so many hours lets so many things develop that a 1 1/2 hour movie could never do.
It's by all means one of those war movies that makes you feel like you're there.
