in the uk you're entitled by the data protection act to have (for a small fee) a copy of your record and I presume any pics.. you can also request any CCTV footage from anywhere in the country at a requested time for £10 apparently though I'm sure your name must get 'flagged' if you make a request.
I can think of a few times I wouldn't mind seeing CCTV footage of, though I'm not sure I'd like to draw attention to them!
