It's fun watching Americans revel in their stupidity.
You can say as much as you want that the "Mosque At Ground Zero" but it doesn't make it so. Because it's no at Ground Zero. It's two blocks away. If anyone with any understanding of the geography of lower Manhattan would know, that means it might as well be ten miles away. As posted above, in between the place where the community center is going to be built and Sacred Ground is a strip club and an off track betting establishment. I suppose those somehow honor the fallen on that day in a way a place of worship cannot. But I digress, as Fox News and the usual rightwing blowhards have inplanted The Big Lie in the brains of their clueless followers that the "mosque" is "at" Ground Zero.
It's not.
The same way that Shirley Sherrod was not, in fact, a racist.
But why let facts get in the way of your domination of what the country's media deems is important to discuss.
So go ahead, make hay about it. It seems to be important to you.
And where's jazx posting some sort of fancifully drawn cartoon or photoshopped image of a muslin? You know the type that invokes a hearty belly laugh in deathboy?
