Imagine if people wanted to stop a Christian organization from opening a center in NYC. All I did was change the players around and it sounds absurd. The Government is not supposed to take the side of a specific faith. Case closed.
Now, people can be opposed to whatever they want, that is the beauty of America. You can stand out in the street holding misspelled signs and all of that. But other people also have the right to have an opinion about their motivations.
My opinion on this is that anyone against this center existing near ground zero thinks all muslims are terrorist sympathizers. You can disagree but some of the signs I am seeing prove my point.
