I want to open a bed and breakfast someday. Less old person-ish wicker furniture, Victorian stuff, and more of a pre-fab, modern architecture type of place meant for younger couples and centered more around dinner than breakfast. On a lake with canoes, kayaks, fishing poles, nice communal fire pit out back and a good library of photo books, travel architecture books, etc. I'd have cross country skiing in the winter, stuff to keep people interested over the cold months. More of a major lifestyle change than just a professional one, but I think about this constantly.
