I did the same thing, but just dislocated it.
It'll never be the same, you'll always have a lump there. It took about 6 weeks for me to be able to throw a ball. The pain in the beginning was excruciating. Tshirts, getting into bed, cars and anything that required it to move AT ALL, was the bane of my existence.
But it's all good now.
