The problem is that the client at times cannot identify work which is considered to be amateurish and that which is proffessional. Just because the client cannot see this does not mean we should take advantage of them. I think this is the point 4cy makes with his surgery ref. The design we are all talking about is not a matter of opinion. It is a matter of standards.
