Reston, VA (30 minutes south of DC)
1) Abuse of small government powers to push green areas into development will eventually ruin my town's appeal.
2) Influx of undocumented lower class workers to very small, segregated areas of the town have created a violent, crime-ridden area that threatens to move into the rest of the town. Unchecked for years, the police have recently created the first crime unit ever to combat gang violence.
3) The trend is towards higher end storefronts/homes and less towards maintaining a standard of living to be proud of.
4) Too expensive
5) Traffic congestion has become overwhelming.
