    True, you would still need the SDK and ToS but I think the question is more around distribution. Also, you can work with out the SDK, from my understanding. My thought was that you can by pass the apple approval process for app dev.

    • Yeah, I think that's true ... but you might need to sign up for the dev program ($99).lukus_W
    • The dev program helps you get the SDK and emulator (cocao framework etc) but dont think its needed if you are proficient.JSK
