I generally find my workflow a little more efficient on a mac (mostly from OS and UI functionality). But otherwise... it's just a tool. While I generally prefer a dixon ticonderoga #2 pencil for sketching I certainly don't let that hold me up if I can't find one.
to reiterate: "more thought and less buttonclicking"
