My buddy got one, and another friend in new york. Both Designers for a living and love it for home use. Not necessarily a render machine, but the screen combined with a small footprint makes it a win for a home computer. I have a tower with two dell monitors, and just hate how the dell monitors look at home. Great optics, crappy look. Rather have a nice 27" screen instead. Go for it, you can always return in 30 days if you don't want it.
