    PPI doesn't matter. The only thing you should worry is pixel dimensions.
    The PPI's only affect the size of the screen. So a screen with a resolution of 640 x 960 with 326ppi ( in the case of the iPhone 4 ) will have the phisical size of 3.5-inch long diagonal, if it were a 72ppi density screen, it would be 16-inch long diagonal.
    Your graphic would be the same, but the display you are viewing it is of a different size.
