  About six months ago my mom passed away from cancer. During the last few months before she passed my time was hugely compromised and I had to tell my biggest clients about the situation. Not very professional but I had to explain why the work was being affected.

  After she passed away one of my clients sent a very personal condolence card. Totally unexpected and very touching.

  I love it when clients...
  ...are actually human.
