    by 'largest aerial battle' are you perhaps forgetting the battle of britain?

    and also, for an aerial battle don't the enemy need aeroplanes too? a shitload of bombers dropping large quantities of alloy, heavy-metal and well wishes doesn't quite equal an 'aerial battle'.
