why dont you ask them what they mean by it?
two color means that when you seperate the image you will have two plates, or screens, or films, that make up the two color image when printed.
if they are just making the screens i dont see why they would be telling you to make your four color image into a two color image.
so maybe they mean something different by "two color process".
