isn't a print a print. whether it's from the 60's or a reprint now it's still a print yeah? are the newer prints from his studio still? if so then fuck it, go the new one. if it were even close to being something you could class as an investment then it would be worth a lot more now. 40+ years on and it's not really worth a great deal. it'll either grow in value slower than a savings account interest rate or in 5 years will be worth 10.3 million dollars.
- not really, like saying a signed print from an original print run has the same value as a reprint 50 years later...ckentish
