Do you like the place? Do you like the people? Do they seem to like you? Do they look like they're about to be bought? Do the account people seem desperate?
They may be doing you a favor by keeping you freelance.... as I've had freelance gigs where I outlasted fulltimers, because I didn't count in a certain part of the accounting, they could keep me on, whereas fulltimers were laid off .... I have no idea of the accounting, but that's what happened...
Many agency fulltime gigs are more temporary than you think if the company is about to get bought and/or the sales and account people's new client/project pipeline is getting emptier....
