What if you did, like, a 1 with the ampersand arranged like in 3?
Also, the "attorneys at law" typeface looks horrendous on all except 2 and 3 (where they sort of match the style of the rest of the mark). When combining sans and serifs proportions are your friend, pay close attention to them. Also its usually a no-no to set small caps with a large cap like that...
