other than a formal, typographic solution - are you looking at broader concepts? Might be too much for the lawyer types (speaking from experience) but to sell one idea over the other, it might be nice to qualify your type choice(s)... These guys tend to be linear thinkers, so the best you can do to make it a A + B = C the better for you, i think...
