  If about 115 people die every day in vehicle crashes in the United States -- one death every 13 minutes... ... I guess their should be a moratorium on driving in the U.S...

  ... but just the U.S. though... those Vietnamese... Russians... Cubans etc etc can keep driving their cars... (you know... the guys who continue to drill in the Gulf)
