im in!
have to train my knee up again so probably wont be putting in any real distance, but what the hell- I tore a ligament in my right knee last year. What really got me back on track was cycling. 0 impact and it helps to stretch and warm up the knee. Feel your pain though, it's a frustrating injury area.nthkl
