I love mine, but it took me years to find one I didn't think was a sham.

I went to several who charged my insurance 70-80 bucks for 3 minutes of cracking. The guy I go to know used to do all this sports medicine stuff in Brazil and I love him. Especially since I started more stressful workouts. He used to work with MMA people, so he’s great.

One of the biggest issues I've seen is if they don't give you exercises to do. I've found if I do my exercises, stay in shape, sit right, I'm great. Mostly problems occur when I travel and have a week or two of working at hotel desks and airplanes.

...but my guy now helps my back, and my whole body. My hip flexors have always had a ton of issues with them, but he's been great helping me with that.

So overall, you have to find someone who works well. Otherwise it's short term relief.

    • not a good sign if they do not give you exercises! a real bad sign!grafiske
