- The design of the site really too austere;
- The third-person voice - unless you're representing yourself as an agency - needs to disappear;
- Along the same lines, you have a section labelled 'Personal', in which you use the first-person voice; in other words, this is inconsistent. Pick one and stick with it;
- Instead of just providing links and images to work you've done, you should do a write-up on each piece, with copy summarising what the project is, the rationale for doing what you did and talking about results (where appropriate).
