    Yeah, I mean I think people were unfair to "Dubya" to a certain extent on that, but let's face it, the guy could barely string a sentence together, so it was fairly easy to pile on.

    The thing about Katrina though is that it really was the government's fault in a lot of ways - the levies were the gov's responsibility, and several times it had been pointed out that they were too weak but no one did anything.
