Plantin typeface support

    Plantin has a tall x-height, so Mr. Eaves would be a poor choice with its distinctly short x-height. As someone else said, it totally depends on the look you need. But, here are some safe choices based purely on construction and formal harmonies:

    Gotham
    Proxima Nova
    Helvetica
    AG
    Benton Sans

    Village Type Foundry have their own take on Plantin, Galaxie Copernicus. It's more balanced imo, with more weights and features. I'm using it for a project right now and found it has the same exact x-height as Gotham.
